Incentive linked in salary of Back office staff is irrelevant as they have neither connection not control over sales targets nor profit, still salary has been deducted as per policy.

Honestly speaking my work was slightly challenging and my involvement was in almost all the area and I gained lot of knowledge. I like working atmosphere at Bisleri.
