This is worst when you are giving your 100% but you didn't recognized. Companies CEO, Mr. Birla is Pathetic, and Money Oriented. Company(Mr. Birla) don't value Employees and Clients while communication. My work experience in BMS is so horrible. I recommend not to join this company. There is no career growth, if you able do something without other help thn it's good otherwise no one help.

My teammates not as good. They all time disrespect my city, state and my knowledge. They don't like me, they won't like to talking to me because I'm not belong to Marathi background.

Many dislikes, right from an employee induction into Birlamedisoft, to salary compensation for senior Business development personnel, salary linked to money received from the clients. The list goes on and on. No proper training of the company flagship products is given to Business Development personnel. Company infrastructure like laptop for work and data-card to an business development employee after office hours were not given. The management made it mandatory for signing of Non-Disclosure Agreement at the time of giving an Appointment letter.
