Promotion depends upon the interests of the leadership team. Capability, experience, efficiency etc. Don't matter in regards to promotion...

When an issue happens between the teacher and a child or parent and the latter brings serious argument against the teacher, the management will prefer to terminate the person rather thinking about his efficiency,his dedication and contribution to the authority.

management need to understand that they hiring teacher not the labour. The behaviour of principal and even the admin manger was so rude . School located outside and if you staying somewhere near by no shop ,nothing available. Take decision wisely! God bless
