1. The behaviour of Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) P.P. Mathur is extremely bad, he will shout at you in front of students and the junior staff which is very terrible & humiliating. 2. If Vice Chancellor Prof. Mathur didn't like you, you can be fired at any point in time. So no job security. 3. Promotion never took place, people who are working since 2013-14 are still on the same designation. 4. Butter Culture is extremely high. People from outside Odisha will have to face many challenges....Read More
