The Best thing about working here and makes it different from other different cement industries is that it's care about there people and does not pressurise to work extra hours.MP Birla creates a healthy and friendly environment to work on. It also provides a job security.

It's does not involves its employees in sports activities and doesn't take care in case of food also(Like quality of food offers here is 🤮).

Company culture is good. Only worst thing is employees get increment very late. Company cuts 3 months arrears. They don't pay PF from company side, they will deduct both side pf from your salary and will fool govt.

Management on day to day basis harasses professionals by giving existential threats, most likely it will extend confirmation period (in 80% cases), promotes favouritism (known folks will get hired at higher designation, salary -I know in of the cases the question asked was - 'hope all is well in your family'). As per my observation accept higher level of management..every ground level officer like sales executive,sr.officer,assistant manager has left company within 11 month or 1.5 year.
