With the joining of the new MD, the company is now primarily focusing on showing off. Declining Work Environment, Slow Work Culture, Primary Focus on Timely Attendance Over Work, Preference for Retired Personnel Over Young Talent, Biased Appraisal System

You are the guest of only 10-11 month here after that company already start to harras you to put resignation

It is just like Lala ki dukan. At the time of interveiw,they show you a professional company and our bright future. After the joining they will harras you. As per my observation accept higher level of management..every ground level officer like sales executive,sr.officer,assistant manager has left company within 11 month or 1.5 year. This observation seen in Maharashtra only.
