The Best thing about working here and makes it different from other different cement industries is that it's care about there people and does not pressurise to work extra hours.MP Birla creates a healthy and friendly environment to work on. It also provides a job security.

It's does not involves its employees in sports activities and doesn't take care in case of food also(Like quality of food offers here is 🤮).

Company culture is good. Only worst thing is employees get increment very late. Company cuts 3 months arrears. They don't pay PF from company side, they will deduct both side pf from your salary and will fool govt.

With the joining of the new MD, the company is now primarily focusing on showing off. My boss and the head boss is very nice like a teacher when you need guidance they are available when need to upgrade your skills they are available but both are very strict.... I like it and I know I will upgrade my skills for next step of job promotion.
