Company benefits and all are good but there is so much of politics and every one evolve around it … every senior person is survived there because of they love to do the negative politics with there competitor to go ahead

It’s just 8 hour job only on paper… you have to work at least 12-14 hour no matter on which post you are… and if you are doing this that doesn’t means that you are doing good still your HOD pointed fingers to you and tell you that you contribution is not up to the mark ( or zero )… my HOD is so bad and targeting each and every person of our department

The managers in Electrical Department don't even know the difference between a boss and a leader.

Dislikes

I would like to suggest that people who are selected on merit basis should not be working under people who are working due to their higher approach/references. Some AGM level people in Electrical Department don't even know how to use a computer.
