Likes

Free bus facility,30 days paid leaves, family insurance etc. Full support by H.O.D. is a good thing to work in QA-QC department.

Dislikes

In Q.A. & Q.C. DEPARTMENT, MANAGER is have no skill and not proper training given to any new Joiner. Only she is responsible if Biotech vision care Pvt. Ltd. Khatraj plant will be closed due to less manpower no one wants to work under her and left jobs only because of her. I am also searching another jobs because I am also working under her. She is insulting new Joiner in front of all and work load dumping without giving training. Very cheap behaviour. Like uneducated,low class and never take any responsibility on her. All works are pending because of less manpower and no one stay with her....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
