Very very bad working experience with Biosphere CRO. Totally I wasted my 1.5 years of my courier. No job security, no appraisal/salary growth even after 1 year, worst work environment. I do receive appreciation from my sites, but they mostly go unnoticed during appraisal. They are not following their own policy....Read More

Just waste of time and hard work. After work is done no payment, no performance incentive as per offer letter. If asked then threat calls to family members. Totally a fraud organisation.

Dislikes

No job security, after working no also no salary, performance incentives. Threat calls to family members and employees will terminate you and destroy the career.
