An extraordinarily poor culture with lip service paid to employee growth and development, no incentives policy . No recognition. No management support. Pathetic HR team, no insurance, no bonus, Hr is so incompetent they save themselves and layoff every hard-working sale employee on the grounds of corona pandemic. After all these years of working they layoff entire sales team who actually generated salary for every body in the company and save those who are having very high salary and manipulate the sale data and have zero knowledge about the products, geography of potential market and rate of all medical devices. Everything in this company, they having products supply problem not on time, bad quality of products so how can one gain the trust of doctors on the product. Even Distributors are not happy with the company and product margins . company is not distributors friendly, they are charging hefty amount as couriers charge to the distributor so how much will be the margin left in the product sales one can easily find out. They launched a high value product with out giving demo to doctors and hospitals,they want distributors to purchase a 10lac rupee demo unit so how can it be possible to invest without having proper market survey and there is another incompetent product manager who is now these days behave like a engineer in handling the high value product with no proper knowledge of products and materials even a sale employee know much better than him without giving any productive out come in terms of business and revenue or not even handle the customer complaints or product complaints how can be he is in this company and working when every employee service has been discontinued this show this company for those who show they are working but not in reality. Salary not on time after 12-15 th date in a month . No insurance No growth and appraisals Only 20 % salary since march. HR will Makes you fool in CTC and you will get very little. No insentives policy believe me. No investment in business for generating the sale. Pathetic marketing planning. All product range having quality complaints. Volumetric disposable sales but only 1/4 of the amount is going to be add in your individual sale order file. They will track your movements by tracking device.
