Worst . The QC second line viswa kumar and Merry mam very very worst .. they removing jobs. They are not understanding and not supporting work wise problems. They removing job within year RM incharges and reviewers left and right. They are not understanding work pressures. They are not giving increment they removed jobs. We are unfit means how they kept us upto one year. One year increment letter they given. They removed job. Increment not given letter only given. Worst culture. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
