As people are quitting regularly, you may be assigned a role which is out of your scope which helps in learning new things

Dislikes

They are money minded people. They'll go to any level to even extract 1 rupee from your salary. Even dedicated employees who bring revenue to the company are facing this issue. Stop being penny wise and pound foolish. Stop bonded labour, avoid signing 2 year bonds, keeping original certificates/passport as an tactic to keep employees locked. Instead focus on how ethically you can keep employees.

Dislikes

Poor Management No job security No appreciation and promotions Not paid according to industry standards Management will fire people without prior warning or intimation Management asks for submitting original documents during time of joining and also puts two year contract

The scope to learn is good as you have no other choice but to learn yourself as others in the organization aren't technically proficient. Small team, only about 10 or so employees. You will converse with all the people who work here on a daily basis. Weekend off.

Dislikes

Everybody is clueless here, with zero knowledge Late salary Poor Management (manipulative, false promises, deceiving practices) No promotion opportunities No HR manager Zero employee benefits Employee exploitation to the maximum (never say you know too many things, it'll be used against you!) Very difficult to exit the company (they will make life hell for u!) Hopeless leave policy Difficult to get a hike ( they will keep saying they are in loss and cannot give a salary hike) The lab is in the BATHROOM of this organization (goes to show how dedicated they are)...Read More

There is no work culture. The director makes you do any sort of work.

Few people might be good but the main heads are not the people one would like to work with.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
