I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

At some point of time we have lot of work....

Work Details

It's good. Initially i faced littile bit problems to understand the work.But later i was eager to do the work. The work environment was friendily. During the work period i was participated in mutiples audits. Which helps me to attain more knowledge.
