Good work envorment and culture. Teammater are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Meeting with farmers, there cultures , the product values what we sell to the farmers.

Dislikes

Low salary low incentive with no Ta Da. Working 50 kilometres or above with only our fare.

Work Details

I continued at biocare till nine months There's very well communication between farmers, most of the work has started from cellular phones and the farmer insurers the delivery with invoice for the payment.
