Petty politics, people being given chances just on the basis of looks and availability. Not a safe zone for female associates. Mediocrity is appreciated whereas talent is hugely overlooked. The TLs are great at assmosis, and nothing else.

It is a very good company to work with. In Indore, the salary is good enough as per city. Friendly work environment as you will get proper snacks to satisfy your evening appetite :p I enjoyed working there and find colleague as my friends...

nothing there as to dislike but the salary increment that too not bad but should increase as the performance and the Ability of the employee...

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
