It is a poorly led so called wannabe IT company, they would be well off better selling sarees instead of providing IT services. People have 0 technical knowledge and experience and the HR are the worst and most toxic and crooked people i have met in life, and they will carry my bad wishes going forward. They are mostly out of work and people are sitting idle a lot of times not doing anything but still are asked to complete 9 hrs. They provide poor service to whatever numbered clients they have, Very small company with 0 growth aspects in terms of salary as well as learning. People are either there due to bond or due to being stuck there for years as they like to sit idle and they have 0 skills. All people who had any worthwhile technical knowledge have been either fired or have in their good minds parted ways with this pathetic company. They sell themselves as having offices in 5 countries (lol) all while they are unable to get even 5 clients. It is the sister company of instaAstro which in my opinion is the main company and binmile exists for tax purposes like benefits etc. The only way binmile earns money is by taking bond money from freshly graduate students who want to work in any situation, but they should understand that an unpaid internship at even an unfunded startup would be better than wasting 2 years of your life under such a company without any good mentors or projects. Still I have seen freshers putting in their best work working even on weekends but at the end they recieve no pay raise, recognition or any extra benefits, and also get scolding for not completing 9 hours in office. They only loot the clients and give them extremely poor service, many of them have written about it in their google reviews also, you can read the latest reviews and decide yourself. Do not join this company in any case, they will make you cry and still not settle your last dues or salary (you can read about it in google reviews)....Read More

Best part is learning environment and celebration of all festivals and special days.Also by playing TT we can take care of our fitness. Process of hiring new talent is quite impressive
