Company is good working in madinah is a blessing to me.

Overall work environment is not good all Egyptian masri managers are there nobody is well educated but they are managers just because they spent years in same company so they got premonitions due to old employee otherwise there is no professional culture and respect given to any employee from managers they never treat you as a humanalways disrespect and yelling without any valid reason. I would like to mention one more thing they never give you the same work specially when you directly come as a supervisor they will give you work of salesman only if you ask for your job role as per contract they will treat you bad and send you back to your country they don't give you work as per contract. I'll never recommend anyone to join this company we left our family home and everything just for better future and money but here we got bad behavior from management there is no promised joberole as per contract unnecessary salary deduction and also they give you bad accomodation you will stay with 6-7 people in one room it's bad for humanity but nobody cares. There is no training team and there is no proper channel to train the new employees..

Dislikes

One of the manager Mr. Amru Solaiman he is as same as beast and he behaved very very bad with our Indian employees due to his behaviour nearly 14 employees went on Final Exit. This is the company behavioural policy to wards Indians. I suggest do not go for bindawood.
