To be very frank, this is the worst company ever, never ever do mistake to work in this company, there is nothing is professional, uneducated management, unprofessional management, they don't even know the profile of yours and thats why treat you like a magician and expect from you that you will do anykind of most difficult task ina single day....specially the operation head is just 20 yr old guy who don't even completed his graduation and handling the operations of the company from this you can imagine what kind of work culture has in the company. There is a lot of rules has made to deduct to your salary but there is no single rule to give anything of your hardwork. Mostly You have to work 2-3 hours extra but there is no overtime you will get against this overtime. The worst company and worst working culture I have ever seen in my entire life. Never even try to give interview in this company because it would be like make your life hell from your own hands....Read More
