●You can not speak against a single word. ●Here life of flatter people are asome. ●Here worker life is very critical aadiwasi mainly (local) their wage is ₹230 per 10hour, Max 10 to 15 people . ●Each day contractor brings new labour and and same day old labours are fired with giving unlogical matter . ●Same things happens with iti/diploma/ and graduate engineer by management (deepak behra) . ●In every 6month deepak behra goes or HR Smruti behra or his team member goto any orissa college and bring 20 to 40 freshy condidate in campus with saying lots facilities like canteen ,one time meal ,picnic etc. Here most of freshy candidate somehow works atleast 2,3 month and flew away by having some exam or plan to prepare some thing extra and management saying when u ll come back then your salary will be credit.
