To be honest no matter where we go there is always a draw back. One thing I dislike about Bill Forge is that in my bay(department) our supervisor always pressure us to give more production. I'll say, Yes!!! I can give them what they want but come on we are human too and we need to work as human not as robot who work nonstop without wasting a single second.
