This is a worst company . Nothing to like . It's kind of a local sweet and namkeen shop. They have illiterate staff ( supported by management) . No professionalism . Buttering and filthy politics . Executive are like huligans, will do a lot of politics and harras managers , abuses,shouting,but managers can't reply them back ( company policy - that executive earns less so don't tell them anything), managers has to keep buttering seniors and shouldn't have a voice in front of management. Company hire talent ,but fire them soon bcz if they try to give any idea and do something new . Company will force the people resign if they don't , they don't care anyone career. I have been working as a cashier in Bikanerwala for the last 2 years. I feel very good here. The management takes complete care of the employees. For me, this is just like a government job.
