The company don't have any HR Management system. one retired administrative officer is looking after administration and HR both. there is no any training for employee. neither any competency mapping done .

The company is under urban development department. of Bihar Government. Managing director has no any power to do posting or transfer of any employee. neither he is empowered to take any actions in case of failure. all power rest with principal secretary. who donot have any interest to establish the company to rise.

Work Details

Managing the Asian Development assisted project under the company. which includes DPR preparation, Bid document preparation approval of tender, Finalization of tender and execution of work. reporting status to ADB and other stake holder.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
