This is a company where i started my journey in Non fiction industry. At that particular time the company was run by Siddharth basu. Learnt many things from him and his teammates. Later on I did many projects with this company. Overall good

Dislikes

Inspite being a media company the in time is very pathetic. There is no fix time to leave the office but theres a fix time to come in the office which is sharp 11 or else you will be marked late.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
