Nothing as such till my performance measured with a handsome salary increment

Work Details

Work policy: As of now I work from home. But for essential meetings and learnings I have to go office but that mostly four to five times a month.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Likes

Work life balance at big5 network is great. As most of the positions are WFH so it provides ease of working from home. Usually we work less than 6 hours a day and the communication is easy and friendly between all level of employees.

Dislikes

Being in a starting phase, Big5 Network doesn't have a big infra as a company. But it offers too much to learn and grow because of that. Salaries are decent not too big as per the industry.
