You will get to learn so much from the existing projects. Form the learning perspective, it's a good company for beginner to intermediate level.

1. Bad leave policy. (you won't get any paid leaves except one leave per month). 2. Not a proper IT company. 3. Six days working.(only 1st and 3rd Saturday will be off) 4.Not good in terms for management. (Procrastination in experience and releasing related documents) 5. No overtime will be paid and you may be asked to come to the office on weekends if required and you won't be paid for such days. 6.
