I liked the way how I patiently dealt with the customers. My department's manager was very helpful. I got to learn new things (arranging things in a manner, folding clothes, sales techniques etc.)

Dislikes

The working environment was very uncomfortable for the girls to work as the other members or some customers used to stare very badly.

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
