There is no skill development of any associate in bb. I you join bigbazar as a fresher you will come out same as you will not learn anything from there

Dislikes

Everything i dont know from where to start they think that there employees are just a machine who have only one work that is replenishment of stock only those who are working there can work in bb

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
