The company which claims that they have perfect image in the market should see the actual image of how the company is going in downward trend. It's the people or better to call "so-called managers" are taking the company in downfall. Imposing big targets doesn't mean that everything is good well, because it's not the managers who are completing the targets, it's the SSE, who are taking the load in anyhow situation they are the real ones who are trying to establish a good image of company and complete targets. But there's no respect for them, I believe a company can only grow if all individuals are respected, their opinions are accepted or even maintain a work-life balance but in Bic Cello, there's no concept of such a thing, in fact work life balance is a joke. These un-educated managers doesn't even deserve to hold that position as neither they hold any degree nor even experience and oh the tone of the idiots. It doesn't matter if our family are present in surrounding they just start abusing and shouting. I have been working here since past so many years but I had never ever received any result of my hardwork or even appreciation. It's all about playing dirty politics here as the one who doesn't even complete target can get promotion not the one who has been working hard through sweat and tears just because he has done some politics. Even on sunday or on leave or on holidays these idiot ganesh pandey, sanjeev kumar and ranjan keep calling and disturb the hell out of you. Even when I'm sick they shout over me for taking leave and keep calling me for some or the other stupid reason. They sit at home and track us SSE, what a joke. This idiot ganesh pandey is not even 12th pass, please ask him to get his document, but now he's a manager. This is what Bic Cello is all about, I will never ever allow any person to work over here in fact, I will tell this to everyone. In fact, I'll take some or the other action to what they had done for me as this is what these idiots wanted, they wanted me to resign and I was mentally tortured over here while working at Bic Cello....Read More
