Dislikes

All good with some pros and cons, as there were no such activities to get more knowledge and no refreshing activities with no events or festivals and privileges of any facilities. Work pressure was handled mostly alone in the shifts but that did not reflect to manager sometimes, which was hard to accept.

Work Details

My work includes ticketing tool and troubleshooting, as a primary source we check on all issue regardless to be any priority check it and create ticket and work with our technical team. IT is done through ITIL process with SLA.
