No doubt, this good organization in upcoming years but to set the transparency in company's policies.

There are huge set back to make definite Decisions and set correct directions.

Intention was good but direction was indefinite which hits the timely decisions. No medical supports. Leave policy is just like Production industry which not meet with real estate which need to correct.
