the another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happy in collaboration .. i also like the employee re-hire policy here ... i get to travel abroad especially to the use ans .. but on site travel is company dependent on your client ..........bhliosa is a great company in silvassa ...

compensation is decent ,but growth is slow . the work pressure is very high sometimes , i have to work 10-12 hours straight in day as i have to attend client cails in the evening and sometimes last into the take managers do not value an unique strengths which is why , i have to take back my suggestion most of time ,, i do receive appreciation emails from client , but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year ,, also there is no on job training for fresher hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes...Read More
