While I generally enjoy my time at Bhilosa Industries, there are a few areas that I believe could be improved. For instance, I find that the communication between departments can sometimes be lacking, which can slow down project progress. Additionally, the workload during certain peak periods can be quite demanding, and I think there could be better strategies in place for workload management.
