too much pressure in junior level , each jr level employee have atleast 4 bosses to report, there is no work culture, company's ERP changes frequently throught one financial year, they change as per there comfort level they dnt even bother for there employees , too much politics in fertilizer division low salary and too much work burden, management is deaf and dumb towards employees problem, worst company, only the bosses enjoy all the perks and benefits employees are just to work for 7 days in a week. too much politics is thr...Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
