Job security and work life balance is good. Initial training period is really enjoyable where we get to travel many cities and visit different type of Power plants.

Dislikes

Career growth is slow. Transferable job means transfers can happen to very remote locations. Office politics is present. Not a lot of scope for innovation. The company's reluctance to go digital is hampering with the goals it wants to achieve. BHEL is lagging behind its competitors and the gap is increasing everyday.
