BHEL is having good work culture. I have enjoyed life in the plant and in the colony. BHEL has written down policies and systems. These systems are reviewed periodically. Management is sometimes biased.

Dislikes

Promotion policy is biased which gives frustration. Hard working people are ignored.

Work Details

There are fixed working hours after that people do not disturb your personal life. Sometimes in emergency cases you have to rush to work place.
