Management should focus on giving proper documentation to their employees (ie, job offer letter, salary pay slip, experience letter). Because it is very important for their carrier growth. This is an honest review after 1.5 years of working as the Senior SEO Executive at Bhavitra Technologies Private Limited. Very open-minded co-workers and directors. Our Managing Director Sanjib Kumar Das is a very good and reliable person as our Elder Brother. The company is like family, and there is still no payment deduction if you take 2 CLs in a month. Flexible working hours and work-life balance maintained. Also, have another office in Bangladesh, and varieties of projects are available to work on, you can gain more experience with helping seniors and co workers.
