Good work environment and culture. Teammates are good to work with me. There in no chilling only work in 24 hrs. Company polices are fair. Workers all are good and supportively worked that will give more energy to me to do work with dedication. Company didn't hike salary ever year but they give good bonus in every year.

Dislikes

There is no safety to outer persons. Lot of politics and arguments. Management doesn't address our issues. Salary and career growth is slow.

Work Details

The job is good. I struggled a lot in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got more a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
