We can learn more subject knowledge in work shops conducted by the institution. Different &Effective teaching technics are being taught in the work shops.

Working here is like learning something everyday which helps every teacher to improve their skills. If we talk about the recognition and yes teachers do get it for their work in due period.

Dislikes

The only thing is about school timings other than that its a best place to work

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
