No one can training always learning self.no security of your job any time can movement. No career growth work with us on continue same position . Previous last year environment is too good but no environment is bad. Always show on differences on role VS off role.

On here employ never can growth if they are Working here on continue same position if they have 1 year or 7 year.. They can never achivement on life. Last 1 year culture is to good but current time culture is too bad. Also every off role employees dislike HR of bharti infratel team.

I didn't find any chances of growth there. Growth is very slow. Secondly, Though most of colleagues are good in communication but still some of higher authorities dont treat you the way they should." Nothing is beyond your self respect."
