So much of politics. Also some managers are unprofessional because of them you face so many hurdles in your work. Even after being joined as a team leader there is no freedom to take decision. I did not get any facility which every team leader gets. You will be always treated like the same who work under you. The most culture less companies I've ever worked for interview 15 years of my career where micro management is highly gratified. Over working is the way to go no proper vision.. you may be asked to leave anytime.. i would never suggest to work here.
