I am liking only house keeper works, other than this I can't see any extra ordinary doing here for offroll and lower level employees for their brighten and successful future. I am working in this organisation since last 8 years as a offroll employee in RCU department but still I am not getting onroll permanent Job and Job security to secure my future here. That's why I am not seeing any success here for any offroll and lower level employees. Sorry to say but me and my colleagues are very disappointed and frustrated with this company's working culture.
