The work culture is worst. All the upper Senior Managers never think about the job satisfaction and work-life balance of the employee. Only work is important, no personal life. Employees have to work even if they are on leave.

While my overall experience at Bharti AXA Life Insurance has been positive, one area of improvement could be streamlining certain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce time spent on administrative tasks. This would allow employees to focus more on customer engagement and driving business outcomes. However, I appreciate the company's openness to feedback and continuous efforts to evolve.

Dislikes

1. Work-life balance is horrible. All Saturdays even some Sundays are declared as a normal working day in every month. 2. Time & discipline rules are not applied for every employee. 3. Any one can violate co. rules & etiquette if he/she does business. 3. Late night culture. It hampers personal life. 4. Behavior of seniors is not same to every sub-ordinate. The work life balance is amazing, where you have a lot of time for yourself after doing the required targets for the month.

The company wants to push some products which aren’t as good as the competition and the Team leaders can be a bit abusive in calls.
