Salary structure is quite good. Salary credits on the last day of the month which is good.

Company culture is bad. Work culture is bad. Maximum employee especially the sales people are so ill behaved. They Don't know how to talk with a Regional Technical Manager. Bad attitude. Work life balance is not there to maintain. Work has no time limit.

Supervisors behaviour, Always use foul language specially Business Head- Ashutosh Kumar Singh. He has no manners how to manage the team. His talking way is rudely with every employee. Taking meeting with field executives direct because no skip lever under him. State Head/Regional Head.. etc. all senior level post are vacant because of his rude behaviour and who knows about him never accept the offer.
