Poor work culture, rude behaviour of seniors, when new employee really needs help or guidance from seniors they always demotivate them, no fixed time table for duty, no one from HR to resolve employee's issues I have a terrible experience with Airtel

Company is good but high politics inside compere to other organisations. Some peoples are carrying bucket (Moving toilet) to their superiors.

1. No fixed working hours, hence if I am done with work can leave. 2. Multiple events 3. Annual Leave count is higher than most of the MNCs.

1. No training support. 2. Induction is also not good. 3. Inside office politics in regional office. 4. NOT a CORPORATE setup. 5. If you are done with work you can go home, but people with come upfront say things like "half day?" or giving looks.

I joined as Off-roll at 21000 in dec 2021 and still no promotion no roll in 2025 salary 25200 . Such much of politics NEC 2nd Floor NOC Manesar , whoever joined after me is promoted to ON Roll due to office politics.

There is no likes in this company due to who will be the managers favourite people for them only promotion I feel with my Manager,iam not able to comment about othe managers. And regional feeling also is high for him.
