Over all it's a good company to work,staff was friendly and good learners too,store was coming up with new brands to increase footfall and also to increase in sale.

Company Never given a training for staff, security level is very poor,salary increment was worst, people is to do less work more gossips about new joinei ,in short I can say it's a hell to work for new joined

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
