The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team hat markets reliable, high-quality products and has global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Copensation is decent, but growth is slow. he work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals, unique strenths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnotice during my mid-year appraisals.Also there is yes on-jhob training for apprenticeship, hence senior folk like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is pain sometime....Read More

Work Details

Generally speaking my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire.........well as manage day-to-day yield operaions. pitching for my company as a marketer get tiring and the task is sligtly repetitive. But i stay on my toes by doing ..

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
