There has been some split among the faculty colleagues and a failure of representing the needs and demands of the faculty in a collective manner., which may affect the overall performance toward accreditation The top positions, representation in committees, assigning additional responsibilities, etc often go gendered and the skillsand talents among women faculty have not been recognized in such nominations except in positions where it is mandatory.
