it is a faith based organisation which promotes Peace, Culture & Education

Dislikes

The Indian Management is totally ineffective, with focus on micromanagement and little regard for employee growth. Opportunities for skill development are scarce & some internal driven HR trainings are juvenile level. Management leadership is totally authoritarian & they even track employee movement rather then fostering a supportive work environment. Decision making is one sided & there is no employee feedback mechanism. Top leadership needs to reflect & make the course correction, currently they are fostering a very toxic culture & 95% of employees are demotivated....Read More
