It's very good to service a patient and giving suggestions to customer .Its really good to improve our knowledge in medical field. In there work pressure high .so many times ,I have to work 14- 16 hours straight in a day as have to billing and to attend the calls sometimes late into night. MD do not mind an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Also there is no job training for freshers , hence senior floks like me have to guide them step-by-step , which is a pain sometimes. And also no salary improvement....Read More
